The Financing Process
Financing your POS system is fast & easy.  Here are steps that take place on a typical transaction...

Application
The application is completed and sent to us either by fax (800-843-2948) or via the online submission option

Approval
If your application is approved, a finance consultant will contact you with the good news! 

Consultation
Your consultant will discuss all options available and help you decide which choices are best for your individual circumstances. 

Documents 
Our processing staff will generate the appropriate documentation and forward it to you for signature via email, fax, overnight mail.

Advance Payment to POS Dealer (if required) 

Most POS dealers require some or all of the amount financed prior to investing the time & money required to design and install your POS system.  Upon your approval (written & verbal), the required amount will be paid to the POS dealer and monthly payments will begin.

System Installation 
Upon receipt of any advance monies required, the POS dealer will install the financed system.

Final Verbal Acceptance 
You will receive a telephone call, during which you will be asked if you are satisfied with the POS system and if it is your desire that any remaining money due the POS dealer be paid. 

Final Payment to POS Dealer 
Only after you have authorized us to do so, the POS dealer will be paid any remaining balance due for the POS system.
